1.2 Capital letters used in these terms and conditions (but not defined in these terms and conditions) shall (unless otherwise specified) have the meanings set forth in theAgency Contract.

2.0 Responsibilities of the Agent



2.1 每個代理必須完成至少1組任務才能獲得我們授予的獎金。

2.1 Each agent must complete at least 1 set of tasks to get the bonus we grant.


2.2 新代理可以每天重置一次，帳戶餘額至少為1000 HKD。新代理每天最多可以提升2組任務。

2.2 New proxy can be reset once a day with an account balance of at least 1000 HKD. Agents can promote up to 2 sets of tasks per day.


2.3 不允許提前終止任務，因為這將導致銷售數據的中斷收集。
2.3 Early termination of tasks is not permitted as this would result in an interruptionof the collection of sales data.


2.4 代理不得在任何社交媒體上發布或發布任何虛假信息。我們保留追究法律責任的權利。

2.4 Affiliates shall not post or publish any false information on any social media. We reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.

3.1 By participating in the Program, you undertake that all information submittedis true, accurate, current and complete. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility.

3.2 If at the time of registration we know or have reasonable grounds to believe that you are ineligible to participate in the Program, we reserve the right to disqualify you and select a replacement product reviewer.

4.1 We will not be liable for interruptions,interference or reception failures caused by technical failureor traffic congestionon the Internet or on anywebsite, or by any other person's equipmentin connection with accessing or downloading any material on the website.

4.2 我哋唔對你嘅參賽作品中任何誹謗、侵犯任何第三方知識產權或其他非法材料負責。

4.2 We are not responsible for any defamation, infringement of any third party intellectual property rightsor other illegal material in your entry.

5.1 We reserve the right to use and introduce your username forpromotional purposes or for advertising, publicityor marketing activities as described in our Rating and Commenting Terms.

You understand that by entering the Program, Wilko&Partner will collectand use your personal information in the manner described in the Privacy Policy,including sharing information with vendors who facilitate websites and promotions.

6.0 Other Important Terms

6.1 我哋嘅決定係最終且喺任何有關本計劃嘅事宜中，將唔會進行任何通訊。
6.1 Our decision is final and no communications will be made in any matter relating to the Programme.

6.2 如本條款嘅任何部分被發現係法律上唔可強制執行嘅，剩餘部分嘅條款將唔受影響，仍然保持有效。為免生疑，如果本條款或其任何部分被認為無效或可撤銷，這將唔會影響本條款下任何權利利益之轉讓嘅有效性。

6.2 If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remainderof the terms will remain in effect. For the avoidance of doubt, if these Terms, or any part thereof, are held to be invalid or revocable,this will not affect the validity of any assignment of rights and interests hereunder.


6.3 我哋希望以本書面條款及其中明確提及嘅任何文件作為我哋之間任何合同有關事宜嘅主題之約束力。我哋和你會受到本條款合法約束。

6.3 We wish to make these written terms and any documents expressly referred to therein be the subject of any contract between us in relation to matters. We and you are legally bound by these Terms.

6.4 You have no right to assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms.

6.5 If you breach the Terms and we choose to ignore your breach, we will still have the option to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other event where you breach the Terms again.
